The 22″ Digital Self Service Touch Screen Kiosk Angle is an automated ordering solution primarily designed for the fast food industry, though it can be adapted for use in various retail environments.

This self-service kiosk offers several advantages, such as allowing staff to concentrate on customer service, reducing queue lengths and wait times, and enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Featuring a 22″ commercial-grade PCAP Digital Touch Screen with a 10-point touch system, the kiosk is built for 24/7 operation. It includes an integrated Intel Windows PC compatible with third-party POS software.

With its sleek and compact angled design, this kiosk enhances the customer experience by offering a modern, space-efficient solution that fits effortlessly into any setting. Combining functionality with style, it’s an ideal choice for businesses aiming to boost efficiency while maintaining a polished look.

The kiosk is protected by thermally toughened glass, coated with a 6H hardness anti-scratch layer, ensuring durability. This coating also minimizes reflections caused by external light, enhancing visibility.

A built-in LED scanner simplifies reading, enabling the kiosk to process orders and scan barcodes or QR codes for special offers. It also includes an inkless thermal printer that uses a standard 80mm till roll to print receipts and promotional vouchers. The till roll for the thermal printer is located in a separate compartment so that staff can quickly and conveniently replace the roll without having to open the main access door. Additionally, there’s space for integrating a credit card reader (not included).

An Internal Wi-Fi Router means you can easily connect the kiosk to the internet using our router’s bridge mode. Once connected to Wi-Fi, it smoothly integrates with all internal components, including the PC, scanner, printer, and optional POS machine, ensuring a seamless experience.

Maintenance is made easy with tool-free access via the lockable front door, allowing staff to replace components without removing the unit from the wall. The recessed touch screen and barcode scanner are also easy to clean.

The kiosk can be securely mounted directly to the wall from within the lockable door for a flush, anti-theft fit. Alternatively, an optional floor stand is available for situations where wall mounting isn’t feasible.
