Description
The Luxor Double Sided Poster Case is a prestigious LED illuminated, outdoor advertising display system which is ground fixed upright, in a portrait 6-Sheet format, for optimal out-of-home promotional use in places such as high streets, car parks and shopping malls.
The robust front aluminium frame is precision fitted with a toughened glass panel to create a hinged door on each side of the double sided poster case. The front doors are unlocked at the bottom with a special security key and can then be easily hinged open with the assistance of two gas cylinders which support the door while the advertising poster is being changed.
To generate bright and homogeneous illumination to both sides of the double sided poster case, high bright LEDs are mounted to the perimeter of the inner aluminium profile and wash light evenly over the surface of both opal diffuser panels.
The poster case unit is fixed to a robust steel framework base that is designed to be bolted to a concrete base for ground fixing and essentially makes the unit appear like it is freestanding. The sides of the poster case and steel framework base is fitted with aluminium cladding panels for a clean and smart finish.
The Luxor outdoor advertising light box holds a European 6-Sheet poster which is 1187mm x 1750mm in size. The overall dimensions of the poster case are 1333mm x 1943mm with a 600mm base unit which makes the overall height including the base to be 2543mm. The toughened glass front door has an 80mm wide black screen printed border. The glass is attached to the window frame with aluminium strips so if the glass is broken, only these strips and the glass panel itself have to be replaced instead of the complete top frame.
The Luxor double sided poster case is black as standard but can be powder coated to a specified standard RAL colour.

The glass doors are unlocked at the bottom with a special security key and easily hinged open assisted by 2 gas cylinders which support the door while you change the poster. The light box unit is fixed to a robust steel framework with aluminium cladding panels that is designed to be bolted to a concrete base.

- Illumination: High bright white LED border illumination with opal diffusers. LEDs used in this light box have an average expected lifetime of over 50,000 hours.
- Base Support: Corrosion free galvanised steel framework with 2 pre-drilled mounting plates for anchoring to concrete base.
- Base Cladding: The steel framework is covered with aluminium claddings, powder coated in a RAL colour of choice (with the exception of RAL 9006/9007).
- IP Rating: IP66 – Water resistant. Totally protected against dust. Protected against strong jets of water – limited ingress permitted. NB the case is water resistant not waterproof, some condensation may occur, ensure the print used is waterproof.

Advisory Notes:
This product is weather resistant but not waterproof. Due to changes in atmospheric humidity and water vapour in the air, condensation can occur in any poster case or notice board, similar to the inside of a car window, especially when changing the posters. If condensation does occur, simply air out the poster case (when weather is dry) to ensure moisture is evaporated.
Posters should be sealed to prevent prints becoming damaged if they come into contact with moisture or condensation.
When installing this product, ensure you mount to a flat and even surface and take care not to over tighten the fixings as you may distort the back panel and cause damage.
