Project Description
Bagelmania Illuminated Shop Signs
Bagelmania on a roll with new illuminated shop signs.
Bagel bakers and delicatessen, Bagelmania, required new illuminated shop signs to freshen up the entrance of their store at Salisbury House, London Wall, a prime retail location in the City.
The illuminated signage required was a replacement shop sign fascia and a brand new projection sign, both of which had to be of the highest standard with no visible fixings. The specification of the illuminated shop signs was also paramount to ensure uniformity amongst the other businesses that would all eventually adopt the new retail guidelines provided by the landlord.
The shop’s name and bagel logos were built up rimless letters, just 33mm deep, with opal acrylic faces and white LED illumination, these were all mounted to the fascia sign tray which was approximately 4 metres wide by a metre high and powder coated ‘black-grey’ with a matt finish.
A pictorial trough light was fixed above the projection sign to give excellent white LED illumination to both sides of the moulded panel sign which had white vinyl detail applied. The projection sign was painted the same colour as the powder coated fascia sign to match the other neighbouring businesses, such as Pret a Manger and Specsavers, who had already updated their shop front’s in accordance with the landlord’s guidelines.
Bagelmania were very happy with the completed signage with their owner stating “The signs looks brilliant, it really helps to raise our profile in the area!”
The installation, which took place out of hours so as not to disrupt business, was performed with careful detailing to ensure cabling and fixings were concealed
